Again senator, how would you suggest handling Title IX? 132 federal loses by colleges, more on state level that aren't tracked. Plenty of evidence that colleges are getting it wrong. Are you really okay with men, mostly minority men, losing their futures thru a flawed process?

It’s inaccurate to assume all 100,000 comments are against the proposed regulations. I know mine & many others in favor of the proposed changes did not see our comments posted. Our comments might’ve had too much reality & facts as to why 2011 & 2014 guidance was terribly wrong.
