Sexual assault is a criminal offence, thus should not be handed by someone in a college administration, it should be handled by trained law enforcement professionals that follow DUE PROCESS.

Betsy DeVos has already said that the attacks on women are overblown. She came out in favor of providing protections for the alleged attackers. I’m not sure a Title IX style program is going to come from her office. Remember she is a wealthy Trumpite.
