We need to further promote equality of opportunity, pushing for government mandated equality of outcomes will not lead to anything good.

Hold executives accountable, focus on personnel systems, not legislation -govt is simply no good at this and should stay out of it. A decent model-military pay scales. A not so decent model-the way military implemented "soft" quotas over the years-not merit based promotion.

All you need to do then is force women to work the same jobs, with the same hours, with the same intensity as men. Have them get injured, sick, and die younger, or on the job at the same rate as men. Force them to stop having, and raising children.
