The shutdown may have ended, but it may take time for national parks in WA, including Mount Rainier & Olympic National Park, to get back to regular operations b/c of snow-covered roads, knocked down trees, & other damage. I agree, the government can’t shut down again. I do not understand why some are saying it wasn’t a big deal and no-one noticed. I think federal employees noticed not getting paid! Plus the havoc this wreaked from the domino effect was horrendous.
