Worked regardless of gender should be paid upon experience and skill. Having the same job title and experience doesn't mean two people are entitled to equal pay. We dont need more socialist rules to screw this country up any more than it already is

Love the thought. Many still seem to be challenged by the concept of pay for work period, so I'll take a step back in solidarity...

I'll be watching this. I was so discouraged when I was told (more than once) that a make co-worker "needed the money more" to care for his family, because his wife stayed home.

Patty, I worked in a chemical plant for 23 years and saw that pay was the same. However, women can't do the same job as well as a man especially when it requires muscle mass. Is that being considered in your bill? There are a lot of ifs to consider.

Do you people not have anything better to do than to dream-up ways to complicate the lives of the U.S. Citizens that sent you to Washington D.C.

Maybe it's time women also negotiate for the Vatican seat .The pope can be a woman too
