There are many reasons for being disqualified from military service. Should we do away with all of those reasons as well?

Going through the challenges of a gender change makes them unqualified for combat duty. Much in the same manner as other physical/mental disqualifications. Flat feet is a good example. Social experiment somewhere other than national defense.
