Please do whatever you can (short of sending him money for the wall) to get the government opened up. Our lives are unsafer in so many ways because of this shutdown.

This is the sort of attitude that keeps the shutdown going. Sides that won't compromise. I don't want the wall, at least not like this, and you can bet I won't vote for Trump in 2020, but I'll take the wall to end the shutdown if that's what it takes.
