Actually, House Dems passed a bill to open govt on 1.3.19 & McConnell refuses to bring the bill to a vote in the Senate bc Trump won’t sign it. That’s not his job. Senate should vote on bill. If it passes, let Trump veto. Then, if Congress votes to overturn veto. Govt opens.
