  Quit playing your puerile blame game. It’s simple: if Congress wants to keep borders porous all they need to do is line up 2/3 majorities in both houses. If they can’t do that, then they need to pass the funding. All the finger-pointing rhetoric can’t change the facts.

  Sooooo the tribe has made millions by selling timber and thinning the forest that allows winds to cause more damage and the US government has to pay to clean it up? Why doesn’t the tribe use some of their millions to keep them up and going themselves
