2/ There’s a government agency called the EEOC, which is a place workers can file complaints & hold their employers accountable when they experience discrimination or harassment on the job. This agency is now at risk of being unable to do the most important parts of its job.

3/ All because a Dem nominee needs to be re-confirmed this year in order for the EEOC to have a quorum next year—but one GOP Senator is leading the charge to oppose this nominee, Chai Feldblum, even though she’s been confirmed twice & has enough support to be confirmed again.

Sad to hear that the EEOC is under threat from the GOP to prevent it from doing the very job it was designed, to do help workers get recourse from employers that are unscrupulous in their treatment of workers. Have we become so hardened against the worker to drop so low? Spiteful
