I as a citizen offer the following: ALL CONGRESS AND POTUS shall not be able to use any of their bank accounts or funds while shut downs occur to the government. They should have the same interactions with bills, lack of funds as those who suffer due to these shut downs.
There is absolutely no reason for a Trump shutdown or another crisis—and it’s up to Republicans to stop it.
