The Child Care for Working Families Act will:
1) Ensure that no parent will pay more than they can afford for child care
2) Increase access to child care in communities nationwide
3) Invest in our child care workforce and create 2.3 millions jobs

I am all for good childcare but just once I'd love to see you advocate for moms to stay home and raise their babies. If housing and bills were more affordable parents could afford to have moms stay home giving the best care to their children

But what if moms want to work? Have a career? Are single mothers because their husbands aboandined them? Or they live outside of a high income area where they need to work just to pay the bills? What then?
