Thank you. Community colleges are a more affordable way to access higher education — key to personal growth and/or career preparation. However many have difficulties affording the education they seek. Excellent program of investing in humans to better all of society.
No student should be stopped from going to college just because they can't afford it. This is a huge accomplishment, Senator Murray. As a former resident and homeowner in Seattle, I know that there is a high demand for community college education, but the funds to pay for tuition was limited until now.

Why are taxpayers in Seattle who's kids did not graduate from a Seattle public high school excluded from this? Private and home schooling families pay into the levy, why do they get none of the benefit?
