Mueller, a Republican and Vietnam Vet, served under Bush and Obama and nobody heard of him until a certain leaking cabinet had something to hide. Mueller successfully oversaw prosecution of Manuel Noriega and John Gotti. Mueller is a power player. Let leaking cabinets lie.

More importantly his assignment to the position is unconstitutional. Congress needs a chance to vet and approve the nation's attorney general and President Trump has side-stepped that important oversight.

Should Rosenstein recuse himself because he signed 3 of the FISA warrants? He could be called as a witness. Claiming Whittaker as a loyalist is a weak excuse. Comments he made was when he was a private citizen. Has no effect on his job.
