A vote on bipartisan legislation to shield Mueller from further political pressure

So... your protest isn't that he's not doing anything, but that he's doing a job in a way another agency would do it? Why haven't they, then? It seems to me like you're just worried that he's going to bring someone else down soon.

Katyal and Conway wrote a NY Times opinion calling Whitaker’s appointment illegal and unconstitutional. Katyal said ANYONE with a DOJ case and even Senators have standing to challenge his appointment! Take Trump and Whitaker to court!!
