His nomination has to receive a public hearing and approval of the Senate - yes? I think the constitution requires this!!!

Technically he resigned. But I think the fact that he specifically wrote in his letter that he was asked to resign, coupled with Trump's public harassment and denigration of him probably makes the case he was fired. Resignation allows for the current events, termination does not

Trump is using Whitaker to gain access to what Mueller knows. What he learns will affect how he answers Mueller’s written questions & what info he turns over about Roger Stone. U CANNOT ALLOW THESE CRIMINALS TO RUN OVER THE LAW!! DO SOMETHING!!

If I Read the Code Correctly, Trump Can Only Appoint Someone Who has Already Been Confirmed by the Senate....I Don't Think Whitaker has Been Confirmed-If Not, it is Illegal for Him to be the Acting AG

That'll never happen, Senator. The
@GOP has been taken over by radicals that swore allegiance only to the cult of Trump. No law, no rule, no moral boundary will prevent them from serving their master.#TheResistanceThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
