The Obama policies didn't work for any student - witness OCR complaints and lawsuits by both sides. Fairness and due process protect all students. As a US Senator shouldn't you support our fundamental rights?

I cannot speak for Murray. However I assume that she believes: a) That a guilty individual may get away with it. b) That an Accuser never lies or that False Accusations are so rare that they can be ignored. Or c) The Accused's life & rights simply do not matter.
