So called "junk" plans are a type of catastrophic plan for individuals with no medical issues. These have always been around. A person with medical issues would not purchase this type of plan, so No issue regarding preexisting illnesses. It's our choice!

Senator, 4 wks ago my husband was admitted to hospice for end-stage Parkinson’s. The LTC ins that covered his care at home has yet to approve Co-pay for Medicare-$-13K per month. That, more than dying, is his greatest fear. Your constituents.
