Because pregnant women are getting vaccinations? The babies are dying too, or have birth defects. When I was pregnant, doctors advised against even taking an aspirin.
The heartbreaking reality is that mothers in our country are dying at rates far above any other developed country in the world.

I’m not sure what country You live in but care isn’t free and in many parts of the country not accessible; free food and shelter you really need to get out more. Clinton began the roll back support for the poor and Republicans have ran like hell with that ball.
