#WorldMentalHealthDay is an important reminder that we need to fight the stigma around mental health. People should feel encouraged to seek the help they need, and be supported when they do.

And it’s worth noting President Trump’s new junk plans rule takes us in the wrong direction and gives insurance companies power to provide plans that don’t cover mental health services.
