It’s so glaring that Kavanaugh’s views on presidential power are why the GOP stood behind him rather than push for a less controversial nominee. It’s really frightening.

It has been repeatedly stated that he will not "overturn" these but you keep repeating them.

It has been repeatedly noted that he NEVER answered the questions he was asked on these specific issues. He danced around them like he was at a JLo concert.

Continue to investigate. Yalies who witnessed Kavanaugh's drinking know HE LIED UNDER OATH about it + blacking out + Devil's Triangle and FBI ignored them. WHY DID HE LIE? Dr. Ford was credible. WHAT IF Kavanaugh was so drunk he doesn't remember the assault? It happened.

Did you not hear

Senator, Don't panic. Kavanaugh lied under oath to Congress during the confirmation, and possibly on another occasion. If confirmed, he should IMMEDIATELY be IMPEACHED for lying - just like we did to Bill Clinton. Or wait until 2019 when the new Congress will convict.

If you brought up the impeachment strategy in the Senate you might convince your colleagues about the futility of confirming Kavanaugh. If the president wants a genuine long-term SCOUTS pick confirmed he should replace this nominee before the new Senate is seated.
