3) This is not a trial. Dr. Ford is not on trial. And Judge Kavanaugh is not on trial. The Senate’s role is to use our judgement – not that of a prosecutor – to make a decision about his fitness to be on the Supreme Court.

4) This is clearly a partisan attempt by some Republicans to discredit Dr. Ford. No fair and independent investigation would come to a conclusion before hearing from witnesses and gathering more info. –PM

Fitness is the operative word. He definitely proved he is not fit to serve in any judicial capacity. I suspect he isn’t even fit to rear 2 children. I’m really hoping they are the only reason she is in that marriage and that it pays off.

This should have been investigated in a confidential manner as requested by Dr Ford, not held back until the vote on is confirmation was to be held. You democrats are guilty of mistreating her and the Judge!

We heard her! She couldn’t remember much and had to keep going back to the notes to remember what was said. Either she is very forgetful or she is lying. Then on top of that not one piece of evidence along with no corroborating witnesses.

So Ford has still offered no one to corroborate her side of the story. Her attorneys claim they are handling her case “pro bono,” meaning free of charge, so if that’s the case, why does Ford need a “go fund me” site? Clearly, DEMS are paying these attorneys.

Remember, maricopa had years of backlog rape kits that they considered low priority. I’m not sure why we’d expect any more from their sex crimes prosecutor. She’s just a woman with ties to the good old boys network looking for some quid quo pro.
