1) I watched Dr. Ford share her story & I believe her. She was honest, real, & when she said she was 100% sure, she had absolutely no reason to lie. I watched Judge Kavanaugh & I don’t believe him. He seemed angry, defensive, entitled & untruthful about a range of subjects.

2) Senate Republicans chose to make this a he-said-she-said hearing, it didn’t have to and shouldn’t have been. We should have heard from ALL relevant witnesses after full investigation to bring in all facts and info.

3) This is not a trial. Dr. Ford is not on trial. And Judge Kavanaugh is not on trial. The Senate’s role is to use our judgement – not that of a prosecutor – to make a decision about his fitness to be on the Supreme Court.

4) This is clearly a partisan attempt by some Republicans to discredit Dr. Ford. No fair and independent investigation would come to a conclusion before hearing from witnesses and gathering more info. –PM

WSJ: Mitchell advised Republicans that to continue questioning Kavanaugh she was required by her oath in Arizona to inform Kavanaugh of his rights after he lied to her about July 1, 1982 entry on his calender. Maryland statutes was last question she asked, then break was called

Yeah, the other thing about that release is that ordinarily if you were going to PROSECUTE someone for something CRIMINAL, you’d have an INVESTIGATION before determining that. Maybe we should see what she has to say AFTER the FBI investigates?
