Senate Republicans should be ashamed of bullying a sexual assault survivor for their own political gains or any other reason. Dr. Ford has said she wants to testify and Senate Republicans should work with her to accommodate her reasonable requests. –PM
When women speak up about sexual assault they should be listened to and supported, not bullied, rushed, or given artificial deadlines. Playing hardball political games with Dr. Ford is disgusting and needs to end. -PM

Every investigation runs on the schedule of the investigating body not on the accusers or the accused. Everyone is expected to show up at their request. She has been offered multiple options for her comfort. This is a delay tactic, dems don't care about her, only delaying.
They have given her ample opportunity. There should be limits. They are stalling. Why? How much more prep does she need to get her story together? It seems it is not the GOP but the other side playing political games here. This needs to come to a conclusion.
And now we know. She has nothing. The last witness, a lifelong friend of hers, says it never happened. Doesn't remember the party, Kavanaugh, nor apparently it being the "talk of the school" as another friend of hers alleged.

Since a false accusation of rape or sexual assault can ruin a life, there MUST be SEVERE PENALTIES enforced upon the accuser if it is proven they are lying.
You are already assuming she is telling the truth. What happened to “innocent until proven guilty”? I guess Republicans should be prepared for more women to come out & claim something happened to try & smear candidates just before the mid-term elections.
