Actually she is...she needs to provide relevant evidence for an investigation.

I think the point being made is Dr. Ford’s wasn’t & still isn’t under any obligation to testify before the Senate. She’s upended her & her family’s lives, gotten death threats, could lose her job & reputation. An FBI investigation was done in 1991 & one is required now.
