We need to get everyone safe. We need to help people rebuild. But, if this is the 2d, 3rd, 4th time, we need to help them re-locate, NOT rebuild.
My thoughts are with everyone affected by Hurricane #Florence, including the brave first responders who have saved countless lives in recent days. As a country, we must do all we can to help families recover and rebuild.
