Every hospital in this country has the ability and responsibility to have SANE nurses on staff.

Just a couple things. 1. The bill doesn’t force hospitals to do anything. It addresses a national shortage of SANE nurses. 2. It actually only takes 5 days and $400 to train a nurse. The task force will determine how victims can receive care without causing more trauma.
