The biggest problem is that practically no state is processing their rape kits. It is not just Washington or Oregon-A LOT! Don't take my word for it check all 50 and see. It is not unreasonable to get a bill passed to fund this important function to help law enforcement. Do able?
Too many hospitals don’t have the resources or trained staff to help sexual assault survivors hold their perpetrators accountable.
