I’m sure you were completely fine when a majority of men decided on what women can do with their bodies in Roe v. Wade

Please explain how? Can the SCOTUS retroactively change legal precedent or would it take a similar new case for them to decide?
-
Would take a new case and there are multiplw states with laws ready to go which could be challenged up to the supreme court.

This line of "5 men" will overturn it seems to forget that 9 men ruled on it in the first place. There were 0 women on
#SCOTUS in 1973. Men, in other words, can make good legal decisions that protect women's rights. -
Not these men.

Can you explain how Judge Kavanaugh will be much different from Judge Kennedy? Are there specific cases that you can cite?

If Roe v Wade was over turned. IF, The decision would return to the individual states, and that is all that would happen. Hyperbole much? What about the all male Supreme Court that made the ruling in the first place? It is not a gender issue like you keep trying to make it.
