What are the penalties for not getting these kids reunited with families in the time set forth by the court?

There won't be any-as parents could have come through Port of Entry and claimed asylum-did not. Then held children have to have DNA test and family to make sure kids not trafficked. Children who came alone go to Foster homes-how about you becoming foster parent-to help speed up
