YouTube can resolve this issue without affecting "free speech". Also YouTube isn't the USA, it's a global platform. so the 1st Amendment is irrelevant anyway.

Not for Americans it's not. If YouTube is going to say they are an open platform they have to conform to the laws of each country they operate in. If they decide to be content publishers they are allowed to censor but they will lose TONS of business, others will take their place
