It's my understanding that was nowhere to be seen while this legislation was in the House. I'm happy to be wrong. Is he doing this personally or as Republican state chair? It's a top Legislative Priority voted on by delegates to the Republican state convention.

Allen West and National Gun Rights should have taken the time to convince the majority of Texans and Texas law enforcement.

Ahhhh Allen West. Allen wants Texas to secede and that my friends, is the most unpatriotic stance in our country. Allen couldn’t cut it in FL so he slithered his way to TX. Allen is just another thorn in the side of TX.
