I'm truly sorry for Suzanna Hupps loss at the Lubys shootout. But she's wrong to assume she would have been the hero had she had her weapon in her purse. A scene such as this is just as logical a result of more weapons, not fewer, being carried.

Still have to pass a background check.
I had a conversation with a police officer a few years ago and he told me he had to assume everyone he pulled over had a gun. He also stated he now had to assume that everyone he pulled over was potentially dangerous. There's something wrong here.
