Most of what people dislike isn't even caused by any of the institutions they think. The "problem" is almost always majority rule. If it takes a majority to do things, you can't help but end up with two coalitions hovering around a majority.https://youtu.be/weF3JawMt3w

The problem those systems address is *tyranny of the majority* What it has led to is minority rule. We're in a fundamentally broken system.
