Anybody with me on this? At first I was distressed that Mueller couldn’t determine 1) collusion or conspiracy to conclude and 2) obstruction. And thought he copped out. But after seeing and analyzing some of the report, this man is brilliant, and deferred to law and IS a hero.

I think I know what happened. Barr got the report about 2 weeks ago? Upon reading it he probably remarked Holy Christ. This is. Really really very very bad. So he came up with his various moves to soften it. What an a-hole. He should have stayed out of it totally.
