So it's ok to not tell people to "eat healthier" because chances are they're already doing their best and either need different things than you or don't have access to the foods you do, or are dealing with something that requires specific medical treatment or emotional therapy!

For me, lots of wheat and dairy is what I need, with varying amounts of meat depending on muscle strain. Obviously wheat and dairy and meat get a lot of flak from media and people with limited scientific knowledge of nutrition, but it works for me.

I feel healthy on that diet, and my BP is great even with the obscene amount of nicotine in my system (which is obvs NOT healthy but oh well). My bidy does what I need it to, alhamdulillah.

So eat what you need/can to feel good, and try not to tell others what to do with their bodies. Like sexuality, it should be a person's own choice and it isn't really any of your business.

Yeah the human body is extremely flexible- if you're getting sufficient macronutrients and vitamins/minerals, it can thrive on a variety of diets, and everyone's gut biome is different. People love to be prescriptive about food but it's all kind of silly

Agreed. The only best diet is what works best for you. I medically need a high salt diet and I seem to do best on a high protein diet, but I also can't skip meals or I feel really sick. Living on yogurt, stir fry, and popcorn may be kinda odd but it works for me.

THANK YOU! Somewhere along the line, my body decided that it did best with mostly fat & protein, and mostly from animals, rather than plants. So “healthy eating” for me often looks like a bunless cheeseburger, because that’s will give me the most energy with the least discomfort.

I eat three times per day constantly. I never skip breakfast, that’s for sure. And snacks in between. I dont eat healthy all the time but I was skinny my entire life.
