Short song clips (ex: 5 sec of a song)
Unintentional audio (ex:
from passing cars)
Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.
Sooo what about the load of us blocked from disputing these exact cases because a false claim was upheld? Should I just reupload videos from years ago?
This is an important step (with more to come!) towards a better Copyright system for creators & music partners long term.
