We can’t just say no to housing where there’s a risk of wildfire. We need to also say yes to denser housing in non-wildfire areas. These decisions are being made in a vacuum & it’s fueling our housing & homelessness crises, in addition to fueling sprawl.

The solution to homelessness is more affordable housing. We're celebrating the completion of the Monterey Gateway Apartments in Gilroy, which leverages Measure A $ to permanently house 75 of our senior neighbors, including those who were formerly homeless.
