@PsyArXiv (preprint repository). Soon we'll have a commenting system. So if you want to, you can solicit reviews and update your manuscript with new versions without ever submitting to a journal. (And link directly to your data and materials on OSF)

Have you heard about Peer Community In?
@PCIEvolBiol@PCI_Paleo@PCI_Ecology: authors submit their preprints to PCI to obtain peer-reviews. If positive PCI eventually publishes the reviews, decisions, authors' replies + a recommendation text. We call for the creation of new PCIs. -
