      This is SO HARD for us as developers. It gets drilled into us from day one that consistency is key to good code. And if you had good code, then sure, that would be true. But right now you don’t. Improvement Over Consistency.

      Our entire job is communication... Whether that be with the POs to understand the requirements, with the other devs or QE's in the team, translating tech concepts into non tech talk for stakeholders, into code for the compilers or in the code readable forms for future devs..
