He watching his career and reputation flash before his eyes.

That, by far, was one of the weirdest things in an otherwise very weird week.

For a minute I thought he might be having a psychotic break, or going into shock, or picking out a bus to jump in front of.

I think he was absolutely thinking about the bus.

Are we absolutely sure it isn’t a cardboard cutout?

I wish Rosenstein went to the podium and snatched the mic from Barr.

There is a culture in the govt. They have to follow orders at all times. I bet he was ordered to stand there & allow his name to be dropped. The culture needs to change. If your boss is doing something wrong, you should not be required to compromise your integrity.

I know Rosenstein was pissed bcz he's been in charge of the Mueller investigation for 2 yrs and had to stand behind fat boy, who just got the job 2 months ago, and listen to him lie, cherry pick, misrepresent Mueller's report as if no one would read it hours later.

Yeah! That had to be maddening for him. Maybe it’s my imagination, but he seemed to be working extra hard to stand without making any facial expressions or body gestures. I’m not sure he was all in on this. He might’ve just been following orders. I hope they call him to testify.

He only moved when he smiled whn Barr said Mueller can testify.

1. Really?! That spoke volumes! Cool! Who’s the other guy? Looking at sound bites, he seemed a bit fidgety at times. What was his demeanor during the whole thing? Also, a soundbite that they showed when Barr chose to ignore a question was telling. He’s all in with trump.

2. The hearing is going to be contentious and unproductive at getting the story out to the public. We need Mueller, his team, McGhan, Hicks, and all the cooperators from his circle. They should also get Rex Tillerson, Mattis, and McMasters.

Yeah, I want to hear Hope Hicks and Don McGhan's testimonies, they know a lot. I was always curious abt her sudden exit. But what abt Corey Lewandowski writing notes about Trump asking him to tell Sessions to un-recuse himself and then store them in a vault in his house.

Hahaha. I think he’s holding his breath, too.
