    I was in the supermarket at the checkout, and the person in front of me didn't use a checkout divider.... I had to grab two. He apologised, but still, the damage was done.

    The BBC is friendless because it has done a terrible job of news & current affairs in the last decade. It fanned the extremes & itself became an agent of populism I’m unsure what its best future now is, but public service broadcasting & the BBC are not synonymous
