I met @jgoldbeck 10 years ago when I was a naive idealist trying to figure out how to battle the criminal injustices I saw in the world.
She was one of @theReboot first advisors. We didn’t have $ to pay her, she coached us of kindness. I was in awe of her and her generosity.
She is fiercely passionate about creating a more just, compassionate world—and was fearless in taking on entrenched power + corrupt institutions to do so. She speaks truth to power in ways that the powerful listen. She taught me how to turn values + principles into real change.
Beyond her moral courage, @jgoldbeck is just a truly outstanding human. Best energy, so funny, and is always seeing and lifting others up.
It's been years since we were in touch but time hasn’t made a dent on the impression she made on me.
