To confirm, does it happen across all devices? Try clearing your cache and cookies, then log out and log back in to refresh the page. Let us know if that works.

Update: We've investigated this issue and can confirm there are no issues with view count. There were some temporary issues impacting real-time data but end of day data in YouTube Analytics and public watch page views are accurate and up-to-date.
