I don’t have a problem with guns and in fact I believe we can solve our gun problems through better economic policies like higher wages and access to healthcare. However, a 14 yr old shouldn’t be walking around with an assault weapon in public.

Of course 71% of Americans think the country is the wrong track. Corporate profits have hit record highs but we can’t even get the minimum wage raised to $15, or extend tax breaks to middle and working class Americans via the full child tax credit and earned income tax credit.

The border crisis is a crisis that we created!!! Seasonal workers used to be able to travel back and forth from the border after the work season ended. However, during the 90s made it illegal to do so in order to appear tougher than the GOP on crime.

I appreciate making curing cancer an important part of his state of the union speech. I know that pain he spoke of and how that family feels when I watched my then 4 year old son begin a 2yr battle vs Leukemia. Now Jaycen is 6 and thriving, thankfully.
