This has to do with the recent lawsuit that google lost for selling children’s email info to commercials used in videos and not the videos themselves. This could be fixed by stating children shouldn’t be ON YOUTUBE but I guess it’s better to punish the creators instead. Sarcasm.

I can't believe the "children's emails" part. Like, my parents didn't allow me to have an email until 13? Where's he parenting at?

It’s aweful! Not only that but most of googles products requires you to have a credit card and YouTube itself has an age restriction. How they lost the lawsuit is beyond me. Just shows that parents aren’t held accountable for what children do. Just everyone else is. Smh
