Here is Twitter after months of pressure from congress saying that it will act like a private third party in public, but privately will remove “any user identified by the U.S. intelligence community” as a threat. Publishing this is “right-wing”? Suppressing this is progressive?

Yeah, it’s the “third parties” thing that makes this not a #1A issue. The government can, has, and should regulate mass for-profit communications. Nothing about that is new. There will always be policy disagreements—but the Constitution does not guarantee you an audience.

Elon was bringing people in and out constantly and seems to be aware of pretty much every issue. He thinks maybe the entire code has to be torn down and start from scratch. At the end last night he said that the whole situation is “a flaming dumpster rolling down the street.”

After and other accounts tweeted concerns that their engagement has been suspiciously low recently, invited him to the company to talk with engineers and see what they’re doing about it. I don’t know of any other tech company that is this transparent.

You can't routinely take classified material home (itself a crime): …from 1973-2009 ("docs dating from his time as a Senator"), …again from the WH (2009-2017), …report it only after somebody ELSE stumbles across your stash …and claim it's OK bc 𝙣𝙤𝙬 you're "cooperating"
