Imagine being one of the remaining wax salons that “it” hasn’t sued yet. It’s gotta be a nightmare for the owners and workers waiting for the dreadful day to come.

None will be safe. One could try to argue right to religous freedom but businesses should be allowed to turn anyone away without providing a reason. If the proprietor doesn’t want you there, should you really want to give them your business?

The only reason “it” is harassing and suing those salons is because it’s the only way for someone like that to bring in an income. What type of workplace would hire someone who looks and acts like that? None.
