You misunderstand what a battle starting looks like Those are exactly the conditions needed.

Take a look at every clash with antifa in the last 3 years. After the battle of Berkeley the establishment realized it would lose the streets if they didn’t give antifa immunity. Antifa and cops work hand in hand.
