Yeah - I've seen this making the rounds over the last few months and it damn terrifies me.
and i can EASILY imagine Comcast, a company that owns NBCUniversal, throttling or totally blocking Amazon Prime or Netflix after they launch their own content streaming service. Internet is a utility and should be regulated as such.
